How much does it cost to ship my order?
We offer real time shipping rates depending on your address. At the checkout, your shipping cost will be calculated. USPS is our domestic carrier & DHL is our International carrier.
I didn't receive my order conformation or tracking number, where can I find it?
Please send us an email with your Name, Email & Order # and via our Contact Page.
How can I track my order?
A tracking number will be provided when your order has been shipped. Please be patient, as tracking information can take a few days to update. To track the progress of your order, please visit USPS for domestic or DHL for international orders.
Will I have to pay any duties on top of my International order?
Customers have the option to pay Taxes & Duties before hand or upon arrival, but some countries do require it before hand.
Upon delivery, if you do not pay DHL the Taxes & Duties due by your countries customs office your order will be forfeited and not refunded. Please send us an email with any questions regarding International shipping charges you're unsure about.
My item is lost in the mail, what do I do?
We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during shipping. You are also responsible for your order if you enter the wrong shipping address. Please email us immediately if you enter information incorrectly, we will update your order if it has not been shipped yet.
Do you ship to my country?
Most likely yes, with a few exceptions! You can proceed to the checkout and our system will let you know.
When will my order arrive?
Your order is packed and shipped within 1-3 days of your purchase. Please advise this when choosing 1-Day Shipping option.
- Average delivery time for domestic orders is 3-7 business days.
- Average delivery time for international orders is 5-10 business days via DHL only. Note that International pick-ups are on Monday & Thursday - this could delay your order.
After your order is shipped from our warehouse, it is out of our hands. We are not responsible for lost packages, missed deliveries or undeliverable addresses.

We ship Monday - Friday, with the exception of USA holidays on Eastern Standard Time.
What if my package was returned to sender?
If your package is returned to us for any reason you will be responsible for paying for the package to be sent again.
Do you offer insurance on orders?
Yes! If you would like to purchase insurance for your order we recommend adding "Route" protection at checkout.
Returns & Exchanges
We offer a full refund within 7 days of receiving order on all unworn items excluding sales & sale items. Your order will be refunded once we receive the product and inspect for potential damage. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
*Custom Orders* are non-refundable.
